WARRANTY:
- As part of our dedication to offer warranty treatments; in order to qualify, customer must be in our local distance range. Following so we then offer a 6-month warranty with restrictions. (local treatment is limited to 1hr of distance from our location)
- For our non-local customers, we provide a 30-day warranty on parts along with complimentary expert tech support over the phone.

SHIPPING POLICY: Machinery that ships through FREIGHT/LTL is exposed to some movements that can cause some internal components of machinery to be moved. This action is at your own risk, this will not be under warranty.
All Items that are being shipped, allow 3-5 business days to prepare and pack the item.
Please, Inspect Crate/Pallet at the arrival time. If you observe any damage please noted on the BOL before signing, this is crucial for your claim.
PICKING UP POLICY: Customers can pick up Item(s), select Metroplex Espresso Tech LLC. at the Checkout allow 2-3 hrs., some Item(s) require more time than others please wait for the confirmation email stating that you Item(s) is ready for pick up. Your order confirmation will be needed at the pickup time.
RETURN POLICY: All Used items are sold as is, and all sales are final. NO returns accepted, to ensure that each product in Metroplex Espresso Tech LLC. will work correctly upon arrival, it is tested by an experienced technician prior to shipping. We recommend that you carefully inspect pictures for any visible signs of dent, scratches, stains etc. and that machinery is suitable for your needs, example Power, space, capacity etc.
