If an installation Is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or the customer is not ready for Service/Installation the customer will be responsible to cover the travel fee.

How this work's ?

An Estimate Fee Applies if you decide not to proceed with the repairs.

Wen dropping off your equipment you will need to fill out a form with your information and equipment information and problem.

Estimate time takes 2-3 business days, ones we have an estimate repairing cost of the equipment we'll contact you and let you know, we will need to have you're approval for us to proceed/continue with the repairs, time for the repairs will depend on the machine needs and if we need to order parts.
Installation's Fee's

If Equipment was purchase through Metroplex Espresso Tech llc,
Installation fee $220.00

Trailers and Food Trucks Installations in shop only, appointment is required
Fee $650.00 plus material that requires to complete the installation

If you have your Owen equipment and would like to schedule an appointment for an Installation, Installation Fee $330.00 plus material that requires to complete the Installation.
Customer is responsible to have ready and full function of the following.

Water Filtration System-(Suitable for the Espresso and/or Coffee Brewer Machines.)

Counter Open 2" 1/2" or 3"inches hole
If Failure and need to Re-schedule customer is responsible for travel fee.
If an installation Is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or the customer is not ready for Service/Installation the customer will be responsible to cover the travel fee.

Schedule Service Call

Existing Customer: Describe what's the problem with the machine, if we need to concat an specific person please provide name and a phone number if tech has any questions concerning this service call he will contact you/or the person provided, we will send a confirmation email with date and 2 hr window frame time of service call appointment.

New Customer: To schedule a Service Call please provide us with the following information Machine Brand and Model, describe as much as your knowledge the problem on the machine, if additional information is needing we'll contact you, If you're with a corporation and/or company with multiple service needing please send us as much information you can provide for Example: How many machines, machines brands and models, what's the problem on the machines or/and if you need a PM (Preventive Maintenance) on machines.
